Feeling short of time and needing a quick fix for a flu, sore throat, or recent infection?
How does winter affect us?
As we approach mid-winter and chilly temperatures, we are more likely to be exposed to cold and dry air so opt to retreat indoors with loved ones and curl up in bed rather than commute to the gym. In turn, our immune system’s defenses weaken making us more susceptible to viral and bacterial infections.1 Additionally, other conditions such as eczema and insomnia may flare-up or worsen requiring symptomatic relief.2 3
Acute Naturopathic Consultations vs Initial Consultations
To support you during this winter season, we have Acute Naturopathic Consultations on offer. This differs from Initial Consultations and report of Findings which are more comprehensive and aimed at providing you not only symptomatic relief, but also a resolution of the root cause of your condition, and optimizing your longevity.
What you need to know
Acute Naturopathic Consultation details and inclusions:
- Suitable for issues and/or symptoms lasting less than 4 weeks.
- 20 minutes in duration.

- A prescription will then be created which may include a custom herbal mix, nutritional supplementation, cream or balm, or diet and lifestyle recommendations. Prescription to be purchased at an additional cost.
- A$80 and no Health Fund Rebate available.
