An effective treatment for long-term pain

Treating all types of sports injuries together with general sprains and strains suffered in every day life, SCENAR therapy is a form of non-invasive electro-therapy which is capable of reaching deep into tissues, stimulating and assisting in a quicker recovery. SCENAR therapy (short for Self-Controlled Energo Neuro Adaptive Regulation) is also effective in pre- and post-sporting events.

SCENAR therapy can assist with lower back, neck and shoulders problems that have been unresolved through other forms of therapy are often improved after one treatment with SCENAR therapy. 15 years of using this method of treatment has resulted in quicker recovery time, improved functionality and reducing tension/stress in long term problems.

SCENAR therapy consultations typically last from 30-60 minutes depending, on the areas affected. SCENAR therapy involves electrodes being placed on the affected area, and relief is usually felt immediately after the consultation, although a series of consequent treatments is recommended to provide long-lasting relief. SCENAR therapy does not hurt, although a mild tingling may be felt and the power of the treatment is adjusted to the clients sensitivity.

SCENAR device is approved by the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods as a pain relief device under the same category as a TENS (Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) device used by physiotherapists.
