I do not think we as human beings wake up in the morning and ask ourselves; ‘how am I going to stuff up my life today’?

Consider this; OUR CURRENT CHOICES, HABITS AND BEHAVIOURS ARE HELPING US TO COPE AND SURVIVE. They exist for a REASON.

There can be an incredible amount of guilt and shame, from my own experience and from listening to my clients, around how we live our lives. May it be our addictions, lack of physical movement, eating habits or relationships.

However, when we understand the REASON as to WHY this specific behaviour or habit is still serving us, we can finally shift this judgement to compassion and self-love.

To make lifestyle changes requires energy, willingness and motivation.

As a Kinesiologist, I support you in releasing overwhelming, traumatic experiences from the past that are locked in the body and energy system. Energy can then flow freely in the body again making willingness and motivation possible. If trauma has not been present in our life-journey it may be chronic lifestyle behaviours learnt from other adults when growing up. Whatever that REASON may be for you.

Together, we will make modest, achievable adjustments to lifestyle behaviours alongside with healing the past. All of the above will allow you to make new, better and conscious choices to create the happy and healthy life you want to live.
