Claudia is passionately committed to the development of human potential. Since she studied Psychology at University of Barcelona, she has been working to improve the wellbeing of her clients holistically through mind, body and heart.
After finishing her degree, she studied chiro-massage therapy following her grandmother’s footsteps, who is a massage therapist and an acupuncturist, and strongly influenced Claudia. When she was a teenager, she received massage and acupuncture treatment from her grandmother. Therefore, she became aware of the importance of using the hands to massage and of conveying the energy of the therapist to contribute to the health and well-being of people.
Chiro-massage can be considered a variety of Swedish massage, with a wider range of movements. The principle of chiro-massage is to use the different parts of the hand combining different intensities to generate a state of increased sensitivity to touch. The intensity of the hand's movements will determine the type of massage, which can be either:
1) Soft movements for relaxation or sensitive chiro-massage
2) Intense movements for muscular contractures and small muscular problems
Claudia, in her ongoing pursuit of human potential, became a certified professional co-active coach by the Coaches Training Institute. The powerful issue of this model is to be co-active with people in their lives, balancing between who they are and what they are doing.
She is firmly convinced that life is about changing, trying and failing, and fulfilling your dreams. She has been consistent with that, living for a period of her life in South America and now in Australia, constantly aiming for her professional development and getting to know different cultures.
Claudia believes that the heart and soul, i.e., the effectiveness as a massage therapist and life coach, is the relationship between the professional and the client. This bond contributes to their integral health.
