What is Fitness Boxx all about?

Fitness Boxx is the leading Personalised Fitness Coaching Facility for busy Northern Beaches Locals who want to boost energy, move better and feel fitter every day.

There is so much competition! What makes you stand out?

We specialise in complete training, nutrition and lifestyle management programmes in which we cover everything you need to know to get the best results possible . This means we spend a lot of time working with our clients one on one on both exercise and nutrition components that are required for achieving serious results along with step by step coaching strategies to ensure you stay on track.

Who is Fitness Boxx suitable for?

Fitness Boxx is suitable for anyone who is ready to commit to learning how to improve their mobility, strength and fitness and make lifestyle changes that move them towards their goals.

What are your 4 best health tips?

  1. Sleep more aim for 7-9hours every night
  2. Some sort of exercise that you enjoy min 3x a week
  3. Drink more water
  4. Eat clean organic, wholesome, less processed/refined where possible

What do you feel is the most important piece of info to share with women in the gym?

I’m a huge fan of listening to your body. The female body goes through so much and its important to know when to push and when to pull back at times.

How do you support your female clients to improve their wellbeing and achieve their goals?

It all starts in the mind, its a powerful tool . We spend a lot of time with each client understanding their goals and their “why” . The emotional reason behind their goals and help them shift their focus to make better actions and think better thoughts. Each client has there own why , not every client’s goal is weight loss, for women a lot of the time its busy mums who are just trying to find the time to give back to themselves so they can take care of everyone else. We understand and work with each client individually and support them on their journey to achieving what they once thought impossible.
