Spring Clean

Life is a dynamic thing, and always throwing stressors at us, whether they are physical, emotional or toxic, the body still has to cope with them the best it can. With the change of seasons, we find ourselves doing different activities depending on our lifestyles and changes we may want to make through this transition of seasons.  A big part of coming into spring for many people is that of the Spring clean.  And with that comes the extra stress on the system of physically cleaning up the accumulation of Winters laxity, the stirring up of dust and possible toxic fumes from many household cleaners. The Great Thirst

Many conditions/symptoms are often linked to dehydration, and the vast majority of people are dehydrated!  So, it’s no wonder that so many are suffering from various ailments.

While we know it’s great to drink water, here are some of the reasons it’s also vital to keep ourselves well hydrated.  Water contributes to the maintenance of normal physical functions.  Water contributes to the maintenance of normal cognitive functions, and to keep us cool, or warm, depending what the weather throws our way, water contributes to the maintenance of normal thermoregulation.
