Sara D’Andrea - Health Space Clinics

Sara is a positive, friendly health & wellness enthusiast. Through her own health journey, she became extremely passionate and fascinated by holistic approaches to health and how much she benefited. After working in media at a radio station for 6.5 years, Sara decided it was time to follow her life purpose and passion and leave the corporate grind to slow down & look within. She decided to embark on a career change to study kinesiology, reiki & energy healing, largely motivated by her love of being of service to others, and her own positive experience with these modalities. Sara has always turned to natural health measures to support her health, as she believes we should have an approach to life that considers multidimensional aspects, recognising the whole person- physical, mental, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual. Sara maintains her own health through journalling, a nutritious diet, regular exercise, regular appointments with kinesiologists, acupuncturists & naturopaths, meditation, and taking herbs & supplements. Sara loves to surround herself with likeminded people in the health & wellness industry and absolutely thrives off learning from others passionate, skilled individuals around her.
