A former tax accountant who pivoted into health and wellness during her mid-20’s. Notably, she was nominated as a Finalist for the Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA) Awards for Excellence 2023.
Lauren focuses on providing evidence-based and individualised support for women and men with hormone imbalances, including:
Insomnia - trouble falling asleep, frequent waking, going back to sleep Fatigue - anxiety, depression, stress, gut issues, thyroid disorders Reproductive health - menstrual irregularities, PCOS, endometriosis, fertility, low libido Weight management - unexplained gain and/or less, unable to change Her core values include empowering, and achieving meaningful outcomes together, educating, guiding and motivating you to make informed decisions about sustainable health-supporting behaviours; and evolving, continuing to grow and adapting to industry developments in order to best serve you.
Her yoga and barre teaching philosophy focuses on anatomically sustainable movement, feeling-based alignment, and student-centred learning.
