Scientists and psychologists have been studying the effects of regular meditation practice for years reaching the conclusion that meditation helps with several issues and increases health and wellbeing in people practicing meditation on a regular basis. Meditation practice has now become part of the healthy habits to live a less stressful life; by learning just a few basic and simple techniques, you will be able to live a less hectic life, feeling more grounded, more relaxed and this will have a great impact on your physical health and wellbeing. During this short course we will explore basic meditation techniques such as:
Mindfulness breathing techniques
Body scan and awareness
Grounding techniques
Heart Centred meditations
About the Teacher:
Luca is a qualified Meditation Teacher and Energetic Therapist with a strong passion for a deeper understanding of the complex human nature. After working 20 years in a corporate career he decided to pursue his passion for natural therapies on a professional
level. Since 2015 Luca has obtained a Diploma in Energetic Healing from Nature Care College in Sydney and a Professional Certificate as a Facilitator for Meditation. He now offers Energetic Therapy to clients looking to improve their health and wellbeing, guiding them in restoring their personal balance.
