Rachel is a very well-known, respected and popular Acupuncturist and Herbalist who has set up her own Health Space clinic in Diamond Beach NSW. She has been in practice for over 10 years and in this time she has helped thousands of people with painful conditions, women’s health issues, fertility and pregnancy support, stress and anxiety.
Rachel is known for her professional yet genuine and caring nature, and her gentle style of treatment. Rachel is very holistic, holding a wealth of knowledge and will tailor a treatment plan for your specific needs.
In 2019 Rachel teamed up with a Northern Beaches yoga teacher creating the innovative "Beaches Yoga Pins" affordable workshops which include yoga, acupressure massage, meditation, breath work and an acupuncture treatment. These have quickly become very popular with Rachel travelling back to Sydney regularly throughout the year to host these events.
