Kirsten has completed comprehensive training in anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and various kinesiology techniques such Emotional Stress Release; NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming); acupressure; pain tapping; coaching; nutrition; hypnotherapy; emotional clearing; physical re-balancing and subconscious realignment to name a few.
As a Professional Kinesiology Practitioner, she uses a variety of effective techniques to identify imbalances in the body such as muscle testing and a range of motion assessments and works collaboratively with her clients to develop an individualised plan, that may include nutritional support, coaching, lifestyle changes, exercise recommendations, and hands-on therapies like massage, acupressure, and energy healing.
