Jess is an energetic, friendly, health enthusiast. She puts good health down to finding a sustainable balance of diet and lifestyle and supporting all aspects of physical and mental health with good nutrition, exercise, meditation, herbs and supplements.
Jess herself has always turned to natural health measures to support her health, whether to maintain optimal health with meditation, eating whole nutritious food or supporting any symptoms with herbs and supplements. She's only had one course of antibiotics in her lifetime at 12 years old and feels holistic health is enough to support your body day to day and keep it well.
Motivated to apply her life-long interest in fitness, cooking and healthy eating Jess commenced studies in nutrition and completed a Nutrition Diploma in 2005. Soon after followed qualifications in Bachelor of Health Science Complimentary Medicine and an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy.
Jess is now applying her array of knowledge and experience practicing in our beautiful Newtown clinic.
