Henry is an enthusiastic chiropractor with a keen interest in sports chiropractic, with his own injuries and treatments paving the way for him to become a chiropractor.

Henry has a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic obtained from Macquarie University, he has also completed his level 1 Sports Trainer Certificate through Sports Medicine Australia. Henry has experience in working with sporting teams as well as providing general assistance at charity running events. He has a wide interest and experience in many sports, from playing rugby union to being a qualified snowboard instructor. Henry aims to not only aid in the recovery of your injuries, but to optimise performance and decrease future injuries.

Originally from a large family in New Zealand, Henry moved to Sydney at a young age and has learnt the importance of a positive family life, a feature which attracted him to work on the Northern Beaches, and Health Space Mona Vale in particular.

Henry utilises a range of manual techniques including Diversified, Gonstead and Soft Tissue techniques, as well as an array of rehabilitation methods in order to administer the most effective treatment for each patient.
