Kinesiology (kin-easy-ology) is a natural therapy that combines Western techniques and the Eastern wisdom to tap into an individual’s subconscious mind to achieve 5 goals:

  1. READ the person’s physical/structural (anatomical), mental/emotional (psychological), and biochemical (physiological) states in relation to a goal
  2. UNCOVER the source(s) of stress that is stopping the person from achieving that goal
  3. REVEAL the necessary correction(s) required to restore body and mind balance
  4. STIMULATE the person’s innate healing capacity
  5. ENABLE the client to understand patterns of behaviour and with this insight, effectively make positive new choices and changes moving forward

HOW IT WORKS

The goal established in a session is achieved by using muscle testing as a biofeedback system.

Did you know that everything we have experienced in our lives to date is stored in our cellular/muscular memory along with the emotions and stresses experienced in each event? This explains why you may feel held back at times, fearful or react to situations in an illogical way. The good news is that our bodies have the wisdom to heal themselves and work continuously to maintain optimal health and equilibrium, however certain stressors create blocks to our natural healing capacity and help is needed to restore balance.

Kinesiology taps into these cellular/muscular memories using the biofeedback system to obtain a neurological response that leads to the source or trigger of the problem and directs the kinesiologist to the solutions to correct the imbalances. With awareness comes the potential for clients to experience major shifts and truly transform their lives in all aspects.

Should these be left untreated, these stress patterns may manifest mentally, emotionally, physically and biochemically and result in illnesses or diseases. This is a way of our bodies to communicate with us to make us realise that something needs to change.

Back pain:

“I went to see Gracielle 5 days before I planned to go on a snowboarding trip overseas with a back problem that was so severe I was unable to move without shooting pains, unable to travel to work or even sit up to use a computer, which resulted in me taking 8-10 strong pain killers a day just to cope. Leg injury and mental fogginess:

“Gracielle has worked on me a number of times over the past year with fabulous results both mentally and physically.

She helped me complete my first marathon in September by working on a leg injury. The leg injury started 3 weeks before the marathon from overuse of the muscle. Gracielle gave me a balance a couple of weeks before the marathon and during the marathon I had no trouble with the muscle.
