Dr Eromon Uadiale, a Mona Vale local dedicated to your care, brings a strong background in movement, sport, and holistic health to treatment sessions. With a Masters of Chiropractic and a Bachelor of Human Science majoring in Human Movement from Macquarie University, Eromon combines chiropractic care with a deep understanding of how the body performs, adapts, and recovers.
Eromon uses a variety of techniques, including manual chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue massage, dry needling, sports taping, and individualised rehabilitation programs. His care is centred on thorough assessment, clear communication, and empowering patients to understand their bodies and move with confidence. He is deeply committed to helping people move better, recover faster, and continue doing what they love.
Eromon has an extensive background in elite-level sport, having represented Australia and Macquarie University internationally in basketball, as well as competing in the NBL1. His experience as a long-term basketball coach allows him to connect easily with athletes of all levels, from juniors to elite performers, with a strong focus on injury prevention, movement mechanics, and optimising performance and longevity.
Alongside sport, Eromon is a qualified yoga teacher with international training in Ashtanga, integrating breathwork, posture, and body awareness into his approach to care. This unique blend of chiropractic, athletic performance and mindful movement allows him to support patients of all activity levels, from daily movement and work-related strain to high-performance sport.
Outside the clinic, Eromon leads an active lifestyle through basketball, yoga, strength training, skateboarding, DJing, and spending time in nature.
Eromon looks forward to supporting you as you move towards your goals.
