Heath Space & Vision strength session
Tuesdays session will be a resistance and strength based session with a difference. Erin will take you through a session purely involving whatever you may have handy to use as weights and incorporate this with a number of selected BW resistance exercises. So grab your cans of beans, your spare toilet paper, or pets, or your kids and join Erin for 30 minutes of moderate intensity training from the comfort of your own home
The session is designed for exercise levels beginner to intermediate and regressions and progressions will be provided for everyone. If you’re unable to complete manage movements due to injury please let Erin know at the beginning of the session and she will make a point of adjusting and providing options.
Erin has been a coach with Vision Five Dock for a 1.5 years and currently trains both groups and 1 on 1 sessions. Her personal background is rowing at a competitive level and enjoys strength training and has recently taken on the world of triathlons. Erin comes to Vision with a Bachelor of exercise science and a certificate 4 in Personal training and specialises on injury rehab and weight-loss. Erin is also a patient of Health Space and is currently being treated by Fleur and Maggie.
