Nicholas combined his passion for sport and health by studying at Macquarie University where he gained his Masters and became a Doctor of Chiropractic.
Nicholas has been under chiropractic care since he was 8 years old and has experienced first-hand the amazing benefits of chiropractic. Initially his parents took him to relieve pain for acute torticollis and headaches. However, long term Nicholas has benefited from a wellness lifestyle that chiropractic inspires such as increased energy, better sleep and improved overall well-being.
Nicholas firmly believes he would not function at optimal levels without the chiropractic lifestyle. This has inspired him to pursue extra knowledge in wellness, nutrition, physical exercise and rehabilitation. Nicholas uses his knowledge and experience of competing at state national and international levels martial arts to assist athletes and active people, with sporting injuries such as lower back pain, neck pain, muscle strains, sprained ankles and shoulder pain. This has seen him work at the World Masters Games, along side the Athletics NSW 400m Fast Track team, and both local and International Olympic Athletic World champions.
Playing numerous sports as a kid, Nicholas now participates in martial arts, inspired by the whole body fitness, strength and flexibility that is required for this sport. To improve his health and fitness, Nicholas also enjoys regular gym sessions and interval training. Nicholas uses a variety of techniques to provide a safe, enjoyable and effective care to all his clients. Techniques used include Diversified, Thompson, Gonstead, TBM (Total Body Modification), soft tissue work and activator method. He especially loves incorporating nutrition, functional neurology, kinesiology and specific rehabilitation exercises into his treatments to ensure everyone gets the most out of every session.
Nicholas looks forward to helping the local communities of Castle Hill, including families in Baulkham Hills, Bella Vista and Kellyville , to improve their health. He is available to help with sports injuries and pain management or manage a specific goal to improve your overall well being and quality of life.
