Tina completed her studies at Meadowbank Tafe, achieving her Diploma of Remedial Massage.

Tina’s massage techniques include Relaxation, Pregnancy, Swedish, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial release, Deep-tissue Remedial and Sports Massage. She uses a variety of pressures, trigger point techniques & active/passive releases to ensure not only an enjoyable massage but one that is extremely therapeutic.

Tina’s goal is to help people overcome muscle aches, fatigue, relieve swelling, prevent injuries, promote flexibility, improve heart rate and blood pressure, increase blood circulation, decrease joint pain and stress. Tina’s goal is also to inspire people to reach their optimum health both physically and mentally. She is available to answer any questions regarding your care 02 9745 3700.
