Scott is an exercise specialist, prominent holistic nutrition and performance coach, author and chef. Scott has worked in the health and fitness industry since 2005 and has created The Scott Gooding Project, a hub for health, recipes and well-being. His own interest and passion for holistic health was born out of personal adversity, having injured his back in 2005 and wrestling to find a sustainable ‘cure’ for years. It wasn’t until Scott looked at himself as a ‘whole’ that the true case study began and the results followed.
Scott has amassed 9 published health books and currently penning his 10th on weight-loss. He works with clients all over the world via video and in-person from Health Space - Mona Vale. Scott is also a passionate chef and firmly believes healthy food can be both nutritious AND delicious.
He’s an advocate for food provenance, knowing where our food has come from is integral to understanding human health and the security of our global ecosystem. His 2019 book (The Sustainable Diet) helped us navigate our food systems. Every time we buy consciously we cast a vote for a sustainable food production and a world in which we all want to live.
Scott is a father of 3 and lives on the Northern Beaches of Sydney with his wife.
