Sarah has lived in Sydney since early 2014 and lives the Inner West. She is originally from Newcastle, where she followed her dream to be a professional chef and became a local success.
Food has always been an incredible passion of hers. From a very young age, she started cooking at home which evolved into her career before deciding she wanted to understand food on a molecular level. She then started her Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine in mid 2012, followed by completing her Bachelor of Health Science in late 2018.
She is also a member of Australian Natural Therapies Association (ANTA) and attends webinars and conferences regularly to keep up with new research updates to maintain current industry knowledge
Sarah’s dream is to share her knowledge on how to prepare, cook and serve food within the health industry as part of the treatment protocol. A major barrier to healthy eating comes from the lack of understanding food, of cooking skills and of simple, nutrient-dense recipes. Sarah aspires to fill that gap by utilising her former training as a Chef and her education in Nutrition Science to help people develop their own abilities and reach their health goals.
Her areas of interest include weight loss, inflammatory conditions, cardiovascular, the gut-brain axis, fatigue, stress intolerance and neurotransmitter balancing.
