Richard has a passion for all things movement. Starting at a young age, Richard enjoyed competitive athletics and sports - including volleyball, basketball, soccer and swimming (just to name a few). Richard then ventured into weightlifting and performance which spurred into a passion for helping others achieve their own fitness goals. Along the way Richard has also had his fair share of injuries so he understands first-hand the importance of individualistic care and the non-linear nature of one's recovery journey. Not only does Richard help patients heal from injury, he also strongly believes in providing patients with the skills and knowledge to manage their condition and "pre-hab" for injury prevention.
Richard is passionate about his job and wants to help injured athletes return to their craft. With a strong grasp on biomechanics and sports performance, Richard is focused on providing best practice for injured athletes, supporting a prompt return to meaningful training and pre-injury activities.
