Prue helps busy individuals transform their relationship to their health, and their lives.

Through unique insights into the presenting symptoms and overall wellbeing, Prue integrates her knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Western Medicine, & Holistic Kinesiology to help clients better understand what has driven their condition, and create a personalised approach towards feeling better and living a life they love.

Prue’s philosophy is based on a ‘whole picture’ approach, recognizing that many aspects of her client’s life contribute to their health and wellbeing, including relationships, sleep, work/life balance, stress and exercise. Prue’s experience and areas of expertise are:
- Stress (work/relationship/emotional/life)
- Anxiety
- Sleep problems
- Menstrual disorders
- Digestive issues

Through unique insights into disease processes and drawing on her experience and knowledge based in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Western Medicine, & Holistic Kinesiology, she helps clients to understand what has driven their condition, and in the process assists to initiate processes that improve their condition and help them find joy again. Prue works in clinic alongside health professionals and complementary medicine practitioners in Potts Point, Sydney.

A little more about Mind Body Medicine (MBM):

MBM is a holistic approach combining Western techniques and ancient Eastern wisdom to promote physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health, using a number of techniques, including kinesiology*. MBM aims to identify the underlying cause of a problem, rather than simply treating the symptom, and works with the body’s innate ability to heal in order to restore balance to neurological and physiological function.

Through this approach, profound changes may be experienced emotionally, mentally and physically, thereby increasing a person’s health and wellbeing.
When our system is functioning well, we feel well.

* Kinesiology is a safe, effective and non-invasive biofeedback tool (gentle muscle monitoring) used to identify stress patterns within the body.
