Patrick is a chiropractor who takes a patient centered approach, by treating the whole individual. This is done by identifying functional imbalances from underlying causes of dysfunction and correcting kinematic chains of movement. He strives for optimal health and wellness and promotes these qualities in all his patients.

Born and raised in Vancouver Canada, Patrick obtained his Bachelor of Kinesiology from UBC before moving to Sydney to complete his Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University. After moving to the Northern Beaches, he fell in love with the lifestyle and decided to stick around once completing his Masters. With his previous experience in kinesiology and human kinetics, Patrick has a strong interest in rehab and exercise. From a young age Patrick has been involved in sport and has a wide variety of athletic experience with previously playing elite level ice hockey and involvement in basketball, golf and skiing.

Patrick utilizes a variety of techniques including manual diversified adjusting, mobilizations, TPT, soft tissue release and rehabilitation exercises.
