Pamela came to Sydney in 2015 from Chile. She always has been interested in helping others maintain their well-being with natural methods. In 2003 she studied Physical Activity and Health Therapy and in 2009 she got a Masters in Public Health. However, she still felt she needed something else- it was then that she fell in love with Acupuncture and Massage.
In 2011, she did her Acupuncture training at the Latin American School of Chinese Medicine in Chile and continued at the Guangzhou University in China in 2013 where she attended classes with Specialists and Chinese Medical Doctors. She also visited and observed treatments at Chinese Medicine Hospitals. In 2014, she worked at ex San Jose Hospital Acupuncture Clinic in her country where they receive several patients with different diseases and vulnerable people, gaining important experience and acupuncture practice.
In 2015, when she arrived in Sydney she started to work as a Massage Therapist. She loves to work with Deep Tissue and Remedial Massage, having nice feedback from her patients. After a long process and 200 hours of Acupuncture Clinical Practice in Australia, she obtained her Acupuncture Professional License and has the opportunity to start to work in Acupuncture. Using acupuncture with associated techniques such as cupping, auriculotherapy, moxibustion, electroacupuncture and also massage. The combination of massage and acupuncture in a session keeps her very busy!
Pamela is passionate about all things health and has been at the Coogee location and to keep you well and can speak either in English or Spanish.
