You can relax knowing you are in trustworthy hands. She offers full health fund rebates for Acupuncture.
Lisa had the skills to address your health and beauty goals together by blending TCM Acupuncture with professional beauty treatments, to help you radiate wellbeing. Acupuncture is able to treat the body as a whole, as it takes a holistic approach to diagnosing, treating and preventing illness and ailments. By understanding and treating the energy blockages in your body you can address underlying influences on your health and beauty.
Along with Traditional Acupuncture, Lisa also offers LASER Acupuncture - a completely painless no-needle treatment, Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture - which treats the whole body utilising only ear Acupuncture points, Electro Acupuncture and Cosmetic Acupuncture Treatments.
Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture is an alternative medicine treatment in which specific points on the ear are stimulated in order to promote healing in other areas of the body. Ear seeds are small seeds attached to a sticky plaster, that are used to stimulate pressure points in your ear. Your whole body can be treated this way. The seeds are left in-situ for up to a week, and you are able to press on them throughout that time, in order to continue to self stimulate and enhance your treatment.
Cosmetic Acupuncture incorporates the application of a micro-current stimulation, to stimulate collagen, cell growth and tighten the muscles and connective tissues in the face, thus enhancing skin appearance. This is a low-voltage electrical muscle stimulation in the dermis on the face. It is a very safe, pain free, effective and targeted treatment. Acupuncture micro-current facial treatments are also effective for pain relief and even facial paralysis conditions like Bell’s Palsy.
Lisa is recognised as Australia’s first qualified Equine Acupuncturist, having treated 1000’s of horses since the commencement of her career, for pain management and performance enhancement.
She is a single mother of 5 children, and lives on a small property in Ingleside, with a large variety of animals (currently including feathers, fur & scales).
With interests in pain relief, sports injuries & bruising, pregnancy, hormone balance and mental issues, and working alongside in conjunction with her colleagues, She looks forward to helping your well-being by enhancing and entwining your internal and external health.
