Liam has developed a passion for health and wellbeing through varied sporting interests including rugby, soccer, volleyball and squash; as well an upbringing in a health-conscious household.
It was this keen interest in performance and health that led him to successfully completing a Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science, followed by a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, at the University of Technology Sydney. He also has a Diploma in Health Science and has completed a short course in Massage Therapy
With the arrival of a loving family, Liam has shifted his training focus away from competitive sports and now utilises gym-based training order to stay active, focusing on resistance and functional movement activities.
Liam utilises this wide base of experience and knowledge when helping clients achieve health and recovery goals, with an interest in both chronic and athletic injury populations. A strong importance is placed on client education and tailoring rehabilitation around the specific needs of each individual.
Liam can be reached at both our Pyrmont & Oatley practices, to help navigate and achieve your concerns and goals.
