It is no surprise that Kirsten has become an expert in Traditional Chinese Medicine, from a young age she had a passion for health and chose to dedicate her life and career to helping others. Raised in Dural in the Hills District, she has developed the unique attribute to combine her knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine with western medical thoughts; helping you to understand in detail, the concept and benefits.
Keeping at the forefront of TCM, Kirsten grew her skillset through several qualifications including a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Tuina Massage, Cupping and Chinese Herbal Medicine. Having these range of skills supports Kirsten to deliver a full scope of balancing treatments. Kirsten’s skill set does not just focus on the medical profession; she is a bit of a daredevil riding motorcycles, snowboards and flying helicopters.
Kirsten cares for mental health, suicide prevention and equality, regularly taking personal time out to discuss wellbeing. Along with her own goals; developing her happiness, health and joy Kirsten has a big heart and is always reaching out to change people’s lives; physically and mentally.
Kirsten’s clients think of her as caring, passionate and strong for those around her. Kirsten addresses the cause of a condition rather than just the symptoms, guiding her clients in the right direction and empowering them to take control and improve their health.
Outside of Kirsten’s clinic, you may find her on the slopes, running a half marathon, competing in a team challenges, on the netball court or as most of us; enjoying Sydney’s beautiful Northern Beaches.
