Judy is a clinical nutritionist who takes a client-centred, non-diet approach to health. She was born and raised in Sydney, but her background is Korean (and yes, she’s a huge fan of kimchi). On Sunday mornings you’ll find her up nice and early, and out for a long walk listening to a podcast. She’s happiest in the kitchen where you’ll find her creating delicious, whole-food recipes.
Judy has a particular interest in women’s health, digestive health, men’s health, and mental health. She endeavours to guide and educate her clients with practical and sustainable dietary and lifestyle habits so they can feel like their most vibrant and happiest selves. She aims to share her knowledge on nutrition science and teach her clients to use food to improve their hormones, energy, mood, digestion, and overall quality of life.
She has completed a Bachelor of Health Science (nutritional and dietetic medicine at the Endeavour College of Natural Health) and a Bachelor of Science degree (major in food science at the University of New South Wales). She is also a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA).
Judy practises in the Hornsby health space clinic on Tuesday mornings 8 am-1 pm and Thursday afternoons 1-6 pm.
