Jade is a results-driven naturopath & nutritionist with a holistic yet realistic approach to healthcare. Life can be demanding and stressful, and Jade loves to work with her patients to find ways to reach optimal health while enjoying this big city life.
She has a special interest in hormonal health (including thyroid and reproductive dysfunction), fertility, women’s & children’s health and gut issues. She runs pre-conceptive care programs centred around the conception of natural, healthy babies.
Jade firmly believes in identifying and treating the fundamental cause of her patients’ health concerns, and undertakes comprehensive case analysis and functional testing as part of her consultation. She works with nutritional medicine (getting you eating right), lifestyle changes (including exercise & stress management), as well as herbal & nutritional supplementation in order to correct your health imbalances.
She believes that education is the cornerstone to long-lasting good health, and works to not only address her patients’ immediate health needs, but to also give them the tools they need to build happy, healthy lives.
Originally from Western Australia, Jade moved to Sydney in her 20’s as a budding event manager. After a number of years producing outdoor festivals and events she moved into lecturing, and still enjoys presenting executive event management programs throughout Australia & Asia. But she realised there was more to life than throwing great parties – and so pursued a career in her true passion of natural medicine. And as a practitioner that gets to spend her days actively improving people’s health and lives – she couldn’t be happier.
Jade is also the founder of Heyday, a range of organic naturopathic teas to support a range of conditions including gut health, immunity, sleep, pregnancy, breastfeeding and children’s health.
In her spare time Jade can be found running after her little girl Penny, jogging in Centennial Park or sipping herbal tea and planning her next European adventure.
Jade also offers Skype consultations for her patients that are unable to attend clinic.
