Iza is a Health and Massage Professional encouraging others to discover the benefits of healthy living and staying physically active regardless of age or level of experience.
She is passionate about working within the healing modalities and explores the potential of Massage Therapy as a powerful tool for transformation. As a fully qualified Yoga Teacher and has taught in countries across the world, she is set on constantly developing and pursuing new possibilities to improve well-being, be it through movement, correct exercise techniques or enhancing the mind-body connection.
Drawing from this experience, she adapts her massage techniques to individual needs and likes to combine relaxation with myofascial stretching focusing on postural issues, as well as, deeper tissue work and trigger point therapy.
She is very excited to continue her massage education to add other modalities and techniques to her range of abilities.
In her spare time, you can find her practising yoga, working out, exploring nature, enjoying long walks, preparing nutritious meals and loving life.
