She has an interest in corporate wellness, hormonal health, stress, anxiety, digestive and skin health.
Her holistic take on nutrition aims to identify and treat the cause of her clients health concerns, utilising an extensive case analysis, functional testing, dietary and lifestyle changes and supplementation.
After working with children for 10 years, seeing the ever-growing unideal relationships and attitudes towards food sparked Hannah’s passion for nutrition and thus beginning her health journey. Since undertaking a Bachelor of Health Science, she has grown an insatiable desire to learn about the human body and how the intricacies of the body interlink with diet and lifestyle choices and our overall wellbeing.
She is extremely passionate about food and creating new recipes with a twist, incorporating wholesome, nourishing and alternative ingredients to inspire a more natural approach to cooking.
