Germaine Au Yeung

Remedial Massage Therapist
Germaine Au Yeung - Health Space Clinics

After completing her Diploma of Remedial Massage at TAFE in 2010, Germaine joined the Health Space team in November 2010. She is an accredited member with the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA).

Germaine believes the best way to plan effective treatments to restore balance physically and mentally is to develop an appropriate treatment plan with you – the client. Furthermore, working in a multi-disciplinary clinic enhances the efficacy of her treatments and provides you the best possible opportunity to achieve optimal health goals.

By combining techniques like trigger point therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching and deep tissue massage with a strong basis in anatomy and physiology, Germaine will plan the best possible treatment with you – whether it be for relaxation or therapeutic purposes. She is also experienced in other specialised techniques such as Remedial Stone Massage, Lymphatic Drainage and Myofascial Release.

Her experience in sports massage with the Sydney Kings gives her a unique insight in how to treat both athletes as well as weekend warriors who are seeking remedial treatment to improve recovery, assist performance and maintain an over-all high level of health and fitness.
