Before becoming a Life Coach and Wellbeing Consultant, she had a successful career in Marketing and Communications where she got to experience first-hand what it felt like to live out of alignment with her values and the negative repercussions it had on her health and wellbeing. Armed with a keen sense of curiosity and adventure she started exploring and experimenting, all the while taking up studies in Nutrition and Positive Psychology and training as a Life Coach. Fast forward to today: her mission is to empower you to reach your full potential.
Her approach is holistic: she believes in addressing the mind (making it work for you and not against you), but also addressing the body inside and out (think the food you eat, your sleep, movement, the toxins you’re exposed to in your environment, etc.). Bringing body and mind in alignment is key to how she coaches.
Elise will help you clarify what matters most to you, what kind of life you want to create for yourself and which goals are going to serve you best on this journey. Then together you will craft meaningful steps to get there and embrace each day fully charged and inspired, no matter what the winds of life blow your way.
Elise works at the Kings Cross Clinic on Tuesdays from 12pm to 5pm and on Thursdays from 9.30am to 1pm. You can choose between face-to-face consultations or online via Zoom or Skype if that’s more convenient.

French born and raised, she has lived and worked in Australia for over 15 years and she can comfortably coach in both French and English.
Armed with her personal knowledge of change and the lessons learnt from one of her greatest teacher, her 4 year old daughter, she has a particular interest in supporting women through life transitions, both personal and professional: whether it’s becoming a mum (first time around or more), navigating motherhood, going through a career change, or facing a turning point with your health and wellbeing.

Her credentials She is a certified Human Potential Coach, having studied with the accredited Human Potential Institute in the US. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and abides by their code of ethics. She received accredited training in applied Positive Psychology, Wellbeing, Neuroscience and Emotional Intelligence with The Langley Group Institute in Sydney. She studied Functional Nutrition with the Nutrition Academy, which considers how what we eat influences our health and wellbeing, but also the greater environment we are a part of.
