Inspiring you to create a life that will support your deepest dreams and your most vibrant health: that’s what Elise is most committed to.
Before becoming a Life Coach and Wellbeing Consultant, she had a successful career in Marketing and Communications where she got to experience first-hand what it felt like to live out of alignment with her values and the negative repercussions it had on her health and wellbeing. Equipped with a keen sense of curiosity and adventure she started exploring and experimenting, all the while taking up studies in Nutrition and Positive Psychology and training as a Life Coach. Fast forward to today: her mission is to empower you to reach your full potential.
Her approach is holistic: she believes in addressing the mind (making it work for you and not against you), but also addressing the body inside and out (think the food you eat, your sleep, movement, the toxins you’re exposed to in your environment, etc.). Bringing body and mind in alignment is key to how she coaches.
Elise will help you clarify what matters most to you, what kind of life you want to create for yourself and which goals are going to serve you best on this journey. Then together you will craft meaningful steps to get there and embrace each day fully charged and inspired, no matter what the winds of life blow your way.
She works at the Kings Cross Clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You can choose between face-to-face consultations or online via Zoom or Skype.
Elise offers a free 30 minute discovery session for new clients.
