Dr. Darren Cheung - Health Space Clinics

Darren is an enthusiastic and compassionate Chiropractor who strives to help all of his clients achieve their health goals. He completed a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science followed by a Masters of Chiropractic degree at Macquarie University. He is particularly interested in middle and lowers back pain, sporting injuries, upper and lower limb injuries, neck pain and headaches.

Darren was born and raised in the North-Western Suburbs of Sydney and is also fluent in Cantonese. He was first exposed to Chiropractic care when he was in year 2, after injuring his ankle playing soccer. The pain at the time was excruciating, however with regular chiropractic care in conjunction with appropriate rehabilitation, he made a full recovery.

Darren loves to live an active lifestyle. He's been swimming since the age of 9, loves a game of squash or basketball and loves weight training at the local gym. His strong belief in living an active lifestyle has influenced his interest in Sports Chiropractic. Darren is a member of the Chiropractors' Association Australia and Sports Chiropractic Australia.

Darren utilises a diverse range of Chiropractic techniques including Diversified, Gonstead, Activator Method, Flexion-Distraction, Thompson Technique, dry needling, soft tissue work and active muscle releases. He also incorporates patient-specific rehabilitation exercises and stretches to promote an increase in movement and function.

As a firm believer in patient education, Darren is always willing to answer your questions. He is passionate in educating, inspiring and motivating you to maintain and live a healthy, active lifestyle. Darren enjoys being part of Health Space Burwood and looks forward to helping the communities of Burwood, Strathfield, Croydon and Concord in achieving their health goals!
