Dayne began his story of becoming a health care practitioner through significant involvement in multiple sports growing up in Sydney.
He progressed into a semi-professional Rugby League player and found himself in clinic working to resolve an array of injuries. At seventeen he suffered a traumatic neck injury playing Rugby League and ever since he ventured down a Sports Chiropractic pathway. This lead Dayne to working with Health Space Clinics Rozelle and for Macquarie University Sport Nationals Teams.
Dayne's approach to health is holistic, addressing all pillars of health. He believes that physical, mental and nutritional well being is essential to perform and heal at the greatest capacity. Staying active and encouraging movement as quickly as possible. His common client is an inner west family, corporate worker, senior, social/elite sportsman, cross-fitter, gym goer.
You’ll find Dayne playing Oztag of a night time or in the gym during the day, outside the clinic or overseas on an adventurous trip discovering the world (pre/post isolation life!).
