I began my story of becoming a health care practitioner through significant involvement in multiple sports growing up in Sydney.
I progressed into a semi-professional Rugby League player and found myself in clinic fixing an array of injuries. At 17 I suffered a traumatic neck injury playing Rugby League and ever since, I ventured down a Sports Chiropractic pathway. This lead me to working with Health Space Clinics Rozelle/Pyrmont and for Macquarie University Sport Nationals Teams.
My approach to health is holistic, addressing all pillars of health. I believe that physical, mental and nutritional well being is essential to perform and heal at the greatest capacity. Staying active and encouraging movement as quickly as possible.
My common client is an inner west family, corporate worker, senior, social/elite sportsman, cross-fitter, gym goer.
You’ll find me playing Oztag of a night time or in the gym during the day, outside the clinic or overseas on an adventurous trip discovering the world (pre/post isolation life!).
