Bethany has always had a love for healthy eating and learning more about what we put into our body. From a young age she recalls sitting at breakfast building a cereal box fort and reading the Nutrition Information Panel. She took this love of food and food science and completed honours in a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics to become a now Accredited Practising Dietitian. Bethany has nutrition experience in clinical, community and food service environments. Where she has found a particular love for working one on one with diet and diabetes, heart disease, weight management, healthy ageing and general dietary advice. Bethany understands nutrition can be confusing and aims to provide evidence based information amongst the confusing noise. She has a strong passion for research and keeping up with the latest evidence as demonstrated through publishing an article on research in dietetics within the Dietetics Journal of the Dietitians Association Australia. She thrives to live a balanced diet as she does with every aspect of life. She understands change is not easy and is empathetic in creating positive, realistic individualised evidenced-based dietary advice and goals.
