After graduating as physiotherapist back in Brasil about 11 years ago, I decided to come to Australia to learn English and improve my skills in the health industry. I have been working with all types of massage since, such as Sports, Myofascial Release, and Pregnancy. After work with Sydney FC and Rugby teams, I decided to get more into fitness to be able to follow the process of rehabilitation using massage and continue my work for the improvement of the athletes through pilates.
Pilates has been in my life for the last 10 years, using this amazing technique allows people to recover from injuries but also to learn about their own body and to get a better lifestyle. I love the idea of combining challenges, hard work and fun in my classes and making people focus on what they are doing and always learn something new.
I also have my passion towards weightlifting and I managed to have the first experience in bodybuilding in 2018 which has motivated me to improve my skills and study to help others to achieve their goals.
I believe Massage can have a very holistic approach when looking at the the human being as a whole, making people feel good not only physically, but mentally too. Because after all, we all deserve happy moments and I love to be able to provide that, sharing my knowledge and being part of people’s growth and well being.
