Recipes By Kacy_ Breakfast Slice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pitted dates, soaked for 20 mins
  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • 1.5 cups oats
  • 2 scoops raw plant protein (vanilla, optional)
  • ¾ cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp pepitas

Method

  1. Place strained dates, oat, walnuts, protein powder, coconut, coconut oil and maple syrup in your food processor.
  2. Blitz for 15-20 seconds until blended together.
  3. Add pepitas and pulse 2-3 times until mixed through.
  4. Line a shallow, small baking tray with baking paper. Press mixture into the tray and set in the freezer. Remove and cut into small bars. ENJOY!
