Here’s to a better 2019 – fewer things, more adventure

Fewer things, more adventure: our way to a better 2019

Happy new year!

January is often seen as an exciting time. New beginnings, fresh start, clearer head space, a time to set new goals and the energy and excitement of what lies ahead. It’s also a time many people choose to do a detox or participate in dry January (no alcohol) as a way to cleanse away the indulgence of the Christmas period.

As you step into this new year, be bold enough and daring enough to believe in the abundant good that has been prepared for you. This year our family focus is less things, more adventure. De-cluttering is a wonderful way to start the year and open space for new things to come. De-cluttering doesn’t just refer to material things either but also making space for more love, energy, time, peace, calm or whatever it is you really need to make you happy.

The more time I spend earths side, the more I realise that I actually need less. The more simple things are, often the better you feel. This, however, can be a juggle when you are also a driven, goal oriented person. Especially if your visions are bigger than just yourself. So if this is you, then focusing on all areas of your health can help you achieve your big goals but also remain grounded, calm and balanced.

Our wish for you all this year as part of our Health Space family is that we can support you in this area. Please make sure you are following the Health Space Clinics social media pages as well as your local clinic for research, advice, recipes, case studies, health advice, deals and more! Health Space have many services that can help you reach your health goals and keep you at your best, including regular massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, energetic healing, kinesiology or physiotherapy. We have an infra red sauna to assist you with detoxification and stress management, and our nutritionists or naturopaths can assist you to eat better, share recipes, complete a detox, support your body with herbs or overhaul your health on a larger scale. Don’t neglect your mental health either. We can assist with meditation ideas/support, yoga, reiki, kinesiology just to name a few.

Bring on 2019. See you in the clinic!
