Ingredients:
- 4 bananas, mashed
- 1C coconut flour
- 1/2C lentil flour
- 1C shredded coconut
- Tbsp ground cinnamon
- Tbsp ground ginger
- 1/2C linseed and chia meal
- 3tbsp honey
- Pinch salt
- 1/2C water
- 1 punnet blueberries or 1C frozen
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients into one bowl, make sure blueberries are folded in last.
- Line in a greased tray to about 1 inch thick. 180 degrees Celsius for 30 mins
