When you meet Kate you are instantly inspired to be a better person. She helps you understand your health step by step and motivates you to achieve your goals. She believes health is your greatest wealth and she will help you live, breath and believe health and enjoy your life to the full.

Kate was born and raised in Northern NSW on a rural farm outside Coolah. Her love for health and the body started at a very young age when she won her first athletic race at age 8. Kate went on to to win 5 Australian titles and represent her country as an 800m runner until a mystery illness struck her down in her prime. Frustrated with the medical route she turned to alternate therapies and her health improved so she could compete again and study. She completed a sports science degree and went on to lecture track and field at the Australian College of Physical Education. Although her health was never the same she did get back to international competition but whilst overseas competing she had a devastating back injury and was unable to train or find anyone to help her. She again turned to natural therapies as a last resort, this time chiropractic, and her life was transformed forever. Inspired to help other athletes and people who had weird symptoms no one could help, as a mature age student she then completed a Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University and kinesiology techniques Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) and Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique (NAET).

Since then Kate has continued to study and learn, completing post graduate training in musculo-skeletal acupuncture, clinical neurology, Total Body Modification (TBM), Neurological Integration System (NIS), Functional Restoration (FR) and Webster Technique for pregnancy. She is a member of the Australian Spinal Research Foundation and Chiropractic Association of Australia (CAA).

During her many years of study and many extensive seminars she has developed a passion for family wellness, especially pregnancy and pediatric care (kids care). Her skills and ongoing education ensure all her clients receive up to date treatments and allows her to help many clients achieve life changing results.

The mystery illness that stuck Kate down when she was 17 was finally diagnosed in 2012 as Lyme Disease when she was 31. This personal journey has equipped her with knowledge, empathy and skills second to none to help people with debilitating symptoms from a physical, chemical, emotional spiritual perspective. Kate went to Germany in 2013 for treatment and since then has been going from strength to strength. She has written a book about Lyme Disease and now consulting for Lyme Disease sufferers at Health Space and via skype. She is the Australian liason for the German St Georg Klinik Lyme and Cancer services, helping people just like her get well again and get back their most important possession - optimal health.

Kate recently gave her birth to her second child, Imogen... affectionately known as Mimi (who was named by her big brother Maxim), and is currently on maternity leave.
