The supplement business is a lucrative industry. The range is enormous and the quality between brands is incredibly diverse. Choosing the right supplements can be confusing. Taking the wrong supplement can also be dangerous, ineffective, or a waste of your hard earned money.
An effective and efficient supplement regime can mean the following:
  • You take the correct supplement needed to correct a deficiency, enhance you state of health, or obtain an ideal result.
  • You take your supplements under the right conditions to ensure maximum absorption. Ie the right time of day, with or without food, etc.
  • You mix supplements or take them in isolation depending on their propensity to interfere with other supplements or medications.
  • You take the best quality supplements that have undergone stringent quality assurance. The supplements contain the therapeutic dose of active ingredient, the supplement contains what it says it contains, and it will do what it says it does.
  • You don’t waste your money on supplements that you don’t need.
  • You have an understanding that the body works like an orchestra, that overdoing it on one supplement can drown out the others and cause imbalances elsewhere in your body.
