Keeping it Simple, for your Health.

With the onset of Spring, most of us feel the need to make some improvements towards our health, and general sense of wellbeing… yet this is also the time of year, that I hear everyone say that they are also at their busiest, with little or no time for themselves.

Unfortunately our bodies have not caught up on our demands for time-response, so to create better health does not take overnight, especially in a high-stress environment where there is no time to focus on self. To see a change, one needs to take a step towards it, and this can sometimes seem overwhelming, and easy to put off until the matter becomes too pressing to ignore.
